At Sandro, Madeleine led end-to-end projects and collaborations, developing 360° strategies spanning concept, partner selection, creative direction, and multi-channel execution.
Sandro X Yuko Nishikawa
Sandro partnered with Brooklyn-based artist Yuko Nishikawa to create handcrafted papier-mâché mobiles made from recycled materials for select stores, drawing inspiration from nature and her pandemic-era painting project. The eco-conscious pieces are sold exclusively through 1stDibs, with a portion of proceeds benefiting One Tree Planted, blending art, sustainability, and retail experience.
Sandro SoHo Flagship Opening
In early November 2019, Sandro celebrated the opening of its new flagship store at 117 Prince Street in SoHo, New York City. Actress Natalia Dyer hosted the event, which featured music from DJ Isaac Likes and attendance from founder and creative director Évelyne Chetrite. The festivities, held in early November, highlighted Sandro’s expansion in the U.S. market, following the store’s September 2019 opening.
